FIRE DOORS – INTERNAL APARTMENTS
If for any reason you need to replace your front door (apartments) they must meet certain legal requirements – FD30 fire doors are designed to resist fire for at least 30 minutes, offering crucial time for safe evacuation and preventing fire spread. They are typically 44mm thick and must meet specific standards like BS 476 Pt22:1987 or BS EN 1634-1:2014. These doors require intumescent strips and proper installation by a competent person. Email info@brockwellgate.co.uk for more information if required.

SECURITY
Please help in maintaining block/site security (making sure doors close behind them when they enter or leave) and being vigilant for deliberate fire setting.

Please email info@brockwellgate.co.uk for access to secured bike sheds.
Ensure fire doors self close properly and are not wedged or tied open.
