We’re a community of 173 properties, established in SW2, London, in 2000.

Brockwell Gate is in an excellent location. We’re right beside Brockwell Park, and within walking distance of the wonderful facilities Brixton, Herne Hill and Tulse Hill have to offer.

This is a space where residents can find information about the facilities we have and the rules that are in place to help things run smoothly.

A lot of work goes into looking after such a beautiful development. We can all play a part in making Brockwell Gate a great place to call home.

Our Google group is useful for finding out what’s happening on the estate and ask advice from neighbours.

Need a recommendation for a plumber? Selling furniture? The group is the place to contact your neighbours. It’s open to all residents and landlords.
