Welcome to the Brockwell Gate website.
This website is full of information on what facilities we have on site and the rules to help things run smoothly. A lot of work goes into looking after such a beautiful development and we can all play our part. The website is updated regularly so please check in from time to time.
We are a community of 173 properties, established in 2000, which comprises of owners and tenants of 57 houses and 116 flats. We are in an excellent location, right beside Brockwell Park and within walking distance of Brixton, Herne Hill and Tulse Hill. Our google group is useful for highlighting what’s going on and to ask advice and questions of neighbours.
